Parents and Families
Managing the day-to-day activities of employment and family can be a challenge. However, through planning, organisation and through the support of your family you can manage this.
It’s important to think through the values and priorities that guide your choices. Talk honestly with your spouse or partner, or other trusted friends and family, about what you are experiencing including achievements and the challenges in balancing your work and your family. You may find that they are also experiencing things in similar ways, and they may have ideas that will contribute to ways for you and your family to cope with this everyday situation.
